00:12The following are installation instructions. This should be followed for drilling,

00:16Bernie's new cul us listed drilled braid.

00:21First, you will select the appropriate braid size for your application.

00:26Then select the appropriate drill bit for the hole size.

00:29Chosen if you want Nemo holes, use a 0.562 drill bit and drill at either end of the drill

00:36line or measure along the drill line for your desired hole placement.

00:40After drilling the holes, remove any copper filings or birds,

00:45make sure you install with the appropriate hardware using recommended torque values.

00:50First select the appropriate braid size for your application.

00:56In this example, we've selected the BD 12 N two U, 12 inch braid that is equivalent to the

01:03number one A WG.

01:06Then select the appropriate drill bit to use. In this example,

01:10we want to use half inch hardware. So our drill bit will be 0.525.

01:15If you wanted Nemo holes, you would use 0.562 place the braid on a table

01:21securing with sea clamps drill the holes on the marked point

01:28of the feral for Nema facing drill on either end of the line.

01:34Remember as long as you drill on the line, your braid will maintain ac UL us listing

01:45another way of drilling. The braid is using a table vice follow the same

01:50procedure for drilling a hole size and spacing for your application.

02:00Remember to remove any copper filings or burs after you are done drilling,

02:07use the appropriate hardware and recommended torque when installing your braid

02:19and don't forget your braid will be cul us before and after being drilled.
