00:02I'm the lead of the Crumping department at E MC in Winstead,

00:06Connecticut. Wendy exemplifies our develop our people pillar

00:11by being a buddy in the organization for her department and getting people ready to train so

00:16that they can take on their role.

00:18What I like about my job the most is that I get to experience new things every day and I

00:24challenge myself to learn something new every day and spread it throughout my employees that

00:29work with me. Wendy um is very well liked here at the

00:33organization. She brings such a positive,

00:35friendly attitude and because she is our buddy in the department that she works in.

00:39People, go to her and look to her as the go to person for training.

00:42But not only that is she's instrumental in putting the board together every morning and

00:46sending a positive message to all employees and they look forward to looking at that board.

00:50As a matter of fact, some employees will say, where's the new message today?

00:54Wendy? We're waiting for it.

00:56I actually started the bulletin board because an employee came up to me and said that it

01:03really changed their outlook for the week was something I wrote personal um

01:10about a loss of a family member.

01:13And I didn't realize they had lost a family member.

01:18It helps bring a morale to somebody else that may be walked in with a bad attitude for the

01:24day. What I find great at E MC is that you can come

01:29in from any walks of life and learn something new and challenging for yourself.
