Cable rack support hooks (stanchions) are installed in cable racks to support cable in underground vault applications.
The Hubbell-Chance brand of utility hardware offers the choice of five styles of cable racking for construction of electric and communications cables in underground vaults. The selection includes wall racking, support arms and insulator pads for T-Slot Channel, T-Section, Nob-Loc, H-Slot and Heavy Channel styles. For pulling cables during installation a a deadend pulling-in bracket is offered. All components are manufactured per applicable electric utility and communications industry specifications.
- Supports four insulator pads
- Built-in stops prevent insulator pad from sliding off end of support hook
- Hot dip galvanized per ASTM A-153
- In compliance with ANSI C135.35 standard
- Use 1115 or 1117 insulator pad
