00:00The Sea Lo KQS series is a new quick alternative way to pouring seal.

00:05Los Sea Lock is a two part epoxy resin that is self mixed when pressed through a patented

00:11static mixing nozzle.

00:12This product requires no mixing, no measuring, no stirring and no pumping.

00:17The sealock ceiling compound is available in two cartridge sizes and is ready to pour in

00:23just seconds for the 50 mL.

00:26Simply removing the cap breaks the seal and opens the cartridge.

00:30Take the 50 mL static mixing nozzle and place the open end to the spout of the cartridge.

00:35Turn 90 degree clockwise in between the lips of the spout,

00:39locking the nozzle into place.

00:41The cartridge is now ready, place the ready cartridge inside the gun by lifting the tab

00:46above the trigger slide, the cartridge into the slotted openings and close the tab.

00:51You are now ready to begin pouring your seal for the 250 mL cartridge.

00:57Remove the cap to the cartridge by unscrewing it.

01:00This breaks the seal and opens up the spout, take the 250 mL static mixing nozzle and place

01:06it on the spout and screw it in securely the cartridge is now ready.

01:10The 250 mL cartridge gun acts just like an ordinary cocking gun and has a 1 to 1 pouring

01:17ratio. Its high spring tension makes it easy and

01:21comfortable for squeezing the trigger pull back, the black metallic plunger releasing the

01:26pushing rod, pull back on the pushing rod and load the 250 mL cartridge in the slot.

01:32You are now ready to pour your seal. The two part epoxy resin is mixed through a

01:36patented wedge designed to improve flow and create a stronger adhesive bond.

01:42The CLO KQS series quick sealing compound is certified rated UL for class one,

01:48division one groups ABC D and class two division one groups EFG.
