00:09The flush fit plate is designed to easily repair those electrical outlets that are

00:14recessed into the wall too far.

00:16Here's an example of a recessed device and here is an example of what it looks like after the

00:21flush fit device, leveling plate is installed to use the flush fit leveling plate.

00:26First turn off the power to the device, then remove the wall plate loosen the device screws

00:32enough. So the device is separated from the wall

00:35surface position, the flush fit leveling plate over the top device screw between the wall

00:40surface and the back of the device yoke, then pivot the plate so that the bottom of the plate

00:45contacts the bottom device screw.

00:47Now tighten both device screws which sandwich the leveling plate between the device and the

00:52wall surface. Take care to align the device properly.

01:03Now simply replace the wall plate by threading in the plate screw

01:12just like that. You've improved the look and functionality of
